Important!
The Studentenwerk is entitled to withdraw from the tenancy agreement if the information the tenant has given proves to be wrong. The court of jurisdiction Osnabrück is in charge of every dispute which results from this application.

I will notify the Studentenwerk about every change of address. If there is no vacant accommodation at the requested time, my application will remain on the waiting list. In this case, I will contact the Studentenwerk unsolicited every two months in order to confirm my interest in an accommodation in one of the student residence halls. I am aware of the fact that the Studentenwerk will delete my application otherwise.
