Our goal is for you to be able to study successfully, without any worries. But life doesn’t always run smoothly. The demands placed on students are high. Problems faced by students on a day-to-day basis and personal difficulties may become a serious challenge.
In situations like these, we – the Counselling Centre team – are there for you. This is where you can get individual counselling. In strict confidence.

Psychological Counselling
Do you suffer from

Social Counselling
The Social Counselling team provides support on all study-related matters, family issues and financial concerns. For example:
- Studying as a parent
- Studying with disabilities
- International students
- Financial assistance other than BAföG student grants (e.g. social benefits, part-time work)
- Starting, changing and finishing university
- General social issues
